Project Manager – Residential Interior Fit‑out

About the role

The Company is looking for a Project Manager to lead residential interior fit‑out projects from execution through handover. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, designers, site supervisors and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end residential interior fit‑out projects, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate daily activities with clients, designers, site supervisors and vendors.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, material usage and installation activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues and enforce safety and company standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly project status reports.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit‑out or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of modular interiors and site execution.
• Proven leadership, coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
