Project Manager – Construction & Heritage Projects

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the execution of construction and heritage projects at our Lucknow office. The role involves overseeing timelines, resources and budgets while ensuring strict compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, manage logistics and perform site inspections.
• Liaise with stakeholders, address challenges and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain compliance with inspection and quality standards.
• Expedite delivery of materials and resources to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management for construction or heritage projects.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all construction phases.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication abilities.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
