Project Executive

About the role

The Project Executive will lead and coordinate a range of construction activities, ensuring timely delivery of works such as MEP, flooring, gypsum ceilings, carpentry, joinery, façade and landscaping. The role involves close interaction with architects, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to resolve on‑site issues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage MEP, flooring, gypsum ceiling, carpentry, joinery, façade and landscaping works.
• Plan and oversee all site activities, maintaining the project schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to address site challenges.
• Prepare long‑term and short‑term material requirement indents based on schedule, stock and lead times.
• Certify and verify contractor bill quantities and prepare BOQs for additional works.
• Generate detailed project reports and progress updates.

Required profile

• Preferably under 35 years of age.
• Fluent in Hindi.
• Resident of Kozhikode or nearby areas.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
• No accommodation provided.
