Project Executive – Interior Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Executive to lead end‑to‑end execution of interior and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The role involves daily site visits, coordination with vendors and stakeholders, and continuous monitoring of progress against drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute projects from start to finish according to approved drawings, maintaining quality and schedule.
• Visit project sites daily and prepare daily progress reports (DPR) for all stakeholders.
• Create weekly schedules, allocate resources and align vendors to meet project timelines.
• Monitor quality against standards and specifications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and manage all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100 % adherence to Livspace processes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all site activities and documentation.
• Drive project completion within agreed timelines while achieving top‑quality standards and high customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Designing.
• Experience in interior project execution, preferably on premium, hotel or luxury studio projects.
• Strong eye for quality and ability to read and plan work from schedules.
• Own two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence for site travel.
