Product Support Engineer – Network & Connectivity

About the role

Quvia is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join its Chennai office and provide advanced technical assistance for its NextGen connectivity platform. You will work on complex network issues across routing, switching, and security domains, helping customers maintain reliable data movement in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced‑level technical support for customers experiencing network problems.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot routing, switching, and security issues using diagnostic tools and monitoring systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating status updates and resolutions to customers.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to higher‑level support or engineering teams as needed.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve platform reliability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex network failures.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in an onsite environment.
• Prior experience in network support or related technical roles.
