About the role
3M is seeking a Procurement Operations Governance Coordinator to strengthen governance across procurement processes, metrics, and policies. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance and other global stakeholders to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor procurement operational performance and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation.
- Support the implementation of governance policies and track follow‑up actions.
- Prepare and deliver KPI reports and operational dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate governance routines, reporting, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align processes with internal standards and business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified before start.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, operations, finance or a related field.
- Proven experience with KPI reporting and metrics tracking.
- Familiarity with compliance, controls or policy‑related activities.
- Experience working in a cross‑functional or global environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
