Procurement Manager – Planning, Vendor Development & Contract Management

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead planning, organizing and controlling all procurement activities to ensure cost‑effective purchasing of stores and spares. You will drive vendor development, lead time reduction and support safety, health, environment and sustainability initiatives across the project.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review procurement costs to achieve cost‑effective purchases.
• Evaluate existing vendors and identify new suppliers to improve quality, cost and delivery.
• Implement lead‑time reduction strategies and maintain Management Information Systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build a productive work culture.
• Manage contract lifecycle: classify service purchase requests, process orders, and ensure compliance with SOPs and DOPs.
• Collaborate with users to understand job scopes and align procurement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement planning, cost control and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of contract management and classification of service requests.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Experience in safety, health and environment (SHE) practices.
