Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations for our organization in Jaipur. The role focuses on ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement and purchasing processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Compare quotations and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and continuously improve procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in procurement or purchase management.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
