Plant Incharge – Raipur

About the role

The Plant Incharge will lead production operations at the Raipur facility, ensuring efficient use of material and workforce to meet plant objectives while complying with quality, cost, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term production strategies aligned with business and segment goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new initiatives and set operational plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production plans, monitor execution, and intervene on deviations.
• Drive production excellence by reducing quality issues, waste and turnaround time.
• Coordinate procurement of chemicals, catalysts and consumables according to schedule.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment uptime and shutdown planning.
• Analyse production MIS reports and take corrective actions.
• Monitor critical KPIs (e.g., OMPRO) and lead root‑cause analysis for process deviations.
• Ensure workplace safety, fire and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in managing plant production and resources.
• Ability to develop and execute production strategies.
• Strong coordination skills with material, maintenance and quality teams.
• Knowledge of safety, fire and environmental regulations.
