Picker, Packer & Loader – Full‑time Warehouse Role

About the role

This full‑time position in Hyderabad involves handling picking, packing and loading activities in a warehouse environment. You will work closely with the dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick products from shelves or storage locations according to order lists, checking codes, quantities and specifications.
• Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues.
• Pack picked items using appropriate boxes, bags or packaging materials, label them correctly and seal for dispatch.
• Load packed goods onto trucks or delivery vehicles, arranging them safely to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify shipment quantities and accompanying documents before loading.
• Operate scanners or picking lists to identify items and maintain accuracy.
• Follow health and safety procedures, keep the warehouse clean and meet daily productivity targets.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve any order discrepancies.

Required profile

• Team collaboration – ability to work effectively with colleagues across warehouse functions.
• Pick & pack skill – experience in selecting, packing and preparing items for shipment.
