The Pharmacy Principal leads the academic pharmacy program, shaping curriculum, faculty, and student success. This senior position provides strategic direction and ensures compliance with accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the pharmacy curriculum and related educational policies.
• Oversee recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting body standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry and healthcare institutions.
• Provide academic leadership and mentorship to faculty and students.
• Monitor student progress and support academic achievement.
• Conduct research and engage in scholarly activities.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Represent the pharmacy program in institutional meetings and events.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong academic background focused on pharmacy education.
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmacy education or administration.
• Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Proven record of research and publications in relevant areas.
