People Partner – HR Advisory

About the role

Revolut is seeking a People Partner to lead its HR advisory strategy in Italy. You will combine strategic insight with hands‑on execution to shape policies, embed culture, and support continuous growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, offering guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Identify emerging people trends and organisational challenges, designing data‑informed solutions.
• Support and optimise daily HR operations while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
• Lead performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters in line with local labour laws.
• Collaborate with the global People team to develop and implement HR policies and programmes tailored to the region.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, workflows and compliance.
• Use analytics to track key HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment, preferably in a hyper‑growth or startup context.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, HR compliance and statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• Proactive, analytical mindset with solid project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record designing or refining HR policies and processes.
• Passion for building a high‑performance, inclusive work culture.
