Pastry Assistant – Specialty Donuts

About the role

The Donut Affair is looking for a motivated Pastry Assistant to join our South Goa kitchen. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the pastry team in creating our signature specialty donuts and other baked goods. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, with a primary focus on specialty donuts.
• Accurately measure, mix and portion ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist senior pastry chefs with daily kitchen tasks and production flow.
• Contribute creative ideas for new donut flavors and pastry designs.

Required profile

• Passion for quality baked goods and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑tempo kitchen environment.
• One year of experience in a bakery or pastry setting is a plus.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety.
