Part‑Time Private Assistant to Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Private Assistant to support a growing psychology practice in Kowdiar, Trivandrum. This part‑time position offers hands‑on exposure to client interaction, workshop coordination, and day‑to‑day operations of a professional mental‑health service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage client appointments.
• Communicate with clients via calls, messages, and follow‑ups.
• Collect, organize, and summarize client feedback.
• Explain services clearly and professionally.
• Provide reminders for upcoming sessions.
• Assist the psychologist with daily operational tasks.
• Follow up with vendors and manage ongoing tasks.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and workshop content.
• Accompany workshops, events, and presentations.
• Support small‑team operations and coordination.

Required profile

• Students (Psychology, HR, Social Sciences) or fresh graduates.
• Organized, responsible, and strong communicators.
• Interest in client handling and mental‑health environments.
• Consistent commitment and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint (basic MS Office proficiency).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.
