About the role
The company is looking for a responsible and communicative individual to join the team as a Chat Operator. The main purpose of the role is to answer client messages in real‑time chat channels and provide the information they need. The position can be performed remotely while being based in Warsaw, Poland, and the salary is paid in US dollars.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor incoming chat requests from customers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
- Provide relevant product or service information as required.
- Maintain a professional tone and follow company guidelines.
- Log chat interactions according to internal procedures.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar chat or customer‑service position.
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills and proper language usage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
