Operations Staff – Logistics & Delivery

About the role

The Operations Staff member will support the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring shipments are loaded, dispatched, and delivered accurately while meeting service quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Load shipments route‑wise and maintain proper tally.
• Deliver shipments to the correct customers and complete POD/FOD/DOD/COD documentation.
• Prepare and update delivery run sheets and apply correct status codes for undelivered items.
• Achieve Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and Service Quality (SQ) targets.
• Hand over COD/DOD/FOD cash on the same day and transfer undelivered shipments to the supervisor.
• Execute appointment delivery processes with a customer‑centric approach and proper dress code.
• Perform pickups according to SOPs, respecting cut‑off times and airwaybill requirements.
• Tally shipments at the customer site against invoices and collect required regulatory paperwork.
• Complete pickup sheets, inspect package condition, and ensure timely connection to the next location.

• Reliability in meeting delivery schedules and handling cash transactions.
