Operations Executive – Reservations

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive focused on reservations to join our travel team. You will coordinate flight, hotel and ground arrangements for couples traveling on curated vacations. The role blends customer service with operational efficiency to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle international flight, hotel and land bookings.
• Optimize bookings for cost‑effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Generate vouchers and required travel documents.
• Manage and resolve reservation queries promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date destination knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels and airlines for seamless travel arrangements.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain detailed records.
• Support internal teams in delivering top‑tier customer experiences.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of flight, hotel and land reservations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and professional handling of customer queries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail with a customer‑first approach.
