About the role

Kiran Hospital is seeking ten qualified Operation Theater Technicians to join its surgical team. The role involves providing direct assistance during a variety of complex procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during transplant, neuro‑surgery, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and cardiac procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and equipment before, during, and after surgeries.
• Monitor operating room conditions and support patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operation theater setting.
• Diploma in Operation Theater Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
