O&M Engineer (Site) – Remote

About the role

The O&M Engineer will ensure maximum uptime, efficiency and safety of Enerparc India’s rooftop and ground‑mount solar PV plants. Working remotely, you will monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily data and performance metrics for assigned solar PV projects.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to maximise generation and plant availability.
• Maintain breakdown logs, customer complaint registers and cleaning records for data analytics.
• Coordinate with analytics team to track KPIs such as PR, availability and generation guarantees.
• Conduct O&M audits before handover and document punch‑points.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Update failure trackers for inverters, sensors, modules and other equipment on a weekly basis.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for IMS documentation.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and liaise with OEMs for technical support and warranty claims.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• 3–5 years of experience in solar PV operations and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; regional language proficiency (Kannada, Tamil) is a plus.
