Marketing Operations Analyst & Delivery Manager – Walk-in Interview

About the role

This walk‑in interview is for Marketing Operations positions at TCS, covering both Analyst and Delivery Manager responsibilities. The role involves managing end‑to‑end marketing workflows, creative production, campaign execution and transformation initiatives within a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end marketing operations, creative production, campaign execution and performance reporting.
• Create and adapt marketing content across email, web, social, mobile, in‑store and digital channels.
• Execute campaigns through CRM, email, SMS, loyalty, direct mail, affiliate, influencer and paid media.
• Maintain marketing workflows, project trackers, approvals and campaign calendars.
• Manage content publishing, CMS updates, asset libraries, version control and creative production.
• Coordinate localization, translation and asset adaptation requests.
• Set up audience selection, testing, QA and launch readiness; monitor performance and report KPIs.
• Support SEO, GEO, AEO, ratings & reviews and social media operations.
• Lead service delivery for marketing operations, content services, creative production and media activation.
• Define service delivery strategy, governance and performance frameworks; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Drive marketing transformation initiatives such as automation, AI‑enabled operations, personalization and analytics modernization.
• Oversee financial management, workforce planning and operational governance.

Required profile

• 3 to 15 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of formal education (10+2+3).
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, quality standards and campaign timelines.
• Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors and internal teams.
• Proven ability to lead delivery and drive operational excellence.
