Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, driven, and result‑oriented Marketing Manager to own our marketing initiatives, brand presence, content creation, and lead‑generation activities. The role works closely with Sales, Client Experience and Delivery teams to craft campaigns that showcase ZoChord’s capabilities and success stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage lead‑generation, brand‑awareness and business‑growth campaigns.
• Maintain ZoChord’s presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms, including content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, blogs, case studies and other channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn project experiences and customer success stories into engaging marketing material.
• Design B2B lead‑generation campaigns and work with Sales for lead follow‑up.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversions, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor market trends, customer segments and new marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a structured marketing calendar, activity tracker and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT services, technology or consulting.
• Strong understanding of digital and social‑media marketing.
• Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
• Good grasp of B2B lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging marketing ideas.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
