Marketing Manager – India (Digital & Performance)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead digital demand‑generation and performance marketing activities for the Indian market, supporting the broader APAC region. The role will drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth through data‑driven campaigns and localized execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise digital demand‑generation campaigns across paid media, email, marketing automation and conversion‑focused channels for India.
• Monitor performance, analyse metrics and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
• Act as the regional marketing lead, adapting global messaging and content to local market requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to align marketing activities with growth objectives.
• Plan and deliver local events, trade shows, webinars and customer‑engagement programmes, and integrate them with digital campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise the Marketing CRM and lead journey, supporting the APAC region.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and recommendations for local initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign and lead‑generation performance using analytics platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of demand‑generation tactics, lead nurturing and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and regional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local Indian market dynamics is essential.
