Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee digital channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Lead creative campaigns, promotions, and events to attract guests and increase revenue.
• Partner with Sales to design targeted initiatives and ensure cross‑departmental alignment.
• Conduct market research to identify differentiation opportunities and improve positioning.
• Monitor marketing metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
• Manage loyalty programs and guest engagement activities to strengthen retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
