About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the department to align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring the hotel meets the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This role focuses on creating and executing a comprehensive marketing communications plan that enhances the hotel's visibility across local, national, and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy.
- Oversee advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral production.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse market trends and performance metrics to optimise exposure.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Communications.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager.
- Strong problem‑solving, writing, administrative, and public‑relations abilities.
