About the role

Join the prestigious team at Raffles Udaipur as a Mansion Upkeep Ambassador, responsible for preserving the immaculate standards of a luxury mansion environment. You will ensure that guest rooms, living spaces, and public areas reflect the elegance and attention to detail expected by discerning travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of assigned mansion areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and common spaces.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization, and presentation throughout all interior zones.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring they remain in good condition.
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas such as verandas, patios, and entrances when required.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and supervisor directions.
• Assist in setting up rooms or spaces according to guest preferences and event requirements.
• Monitor and report low stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities immediately.
• Participate in routine inspections and training to uphold property standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping for luxury establishments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team and across departments.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of safety procedures related to housekeeping.
