About the role

Mastercard Advisors is building an Analytics Center of Excellence that turns billions of anonymised transactions into actionable insights for financial institutions, merchants, media, and governments. As a Managing Consultant you will lead the delivery of data‑driven solutions that help clients make smarter business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on analysis of retailer databases using tools such as SAS, SQL, R, and Excel.
• Independently manage and deliver complex consulting projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate tasks and stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance of your own code and that of team members.
• Translate business questions into analytical briefs and contribute to strategic analysis planning.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation to improve efficiency.
• Develop tools or processes that enhance analytical capability.

Required profile

• Broad experience in retail, capital markets, media, or payments industries.
• Deep knowledge of big‑data quantitative analytics and its application to client solutions.
• Proven ability to manage projects and engage with senior stakeholders.
