Manager - Warehousing & Logistics Excellence

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a proactive Manager to lead warehousing and logistics excellence across its iconic brands. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and compliance, and use data‑driven tools to optimize the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Monitor and enhance KPIs related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and order‑fulfilment speed.
• Oversee transportation and distribution networks, optimizing stock positioning for faster delivery.
• Develop and enforce health, safety, and social‑compliance protocols across all warehouse and logistics operations.
• Leverage IT tools such as Power BI to create live dashboards that track real‑time costs and performance.
• Lead cost‑improvement projects, driving efficiency across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Track and report on KPIs including VFR compliance, PDP, MOQ adherence, and SOP adherence for warehouse management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics excellence or similar roles, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with ERP systems, TMS, POD management and data‑visualisation tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate proactively and pay close attention to detail.
