Manager - ORM & Community Management

About the role

Media.net is seeking an experienced Manager to lead online reputation management and community engagement for its portfolio of mobile app studios. The role focuses on building strong relationships between products and users across app stores and social platforms, while shaping a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow communities on app stores, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, X, Facebook groups, and other relevant channels.
• Respond to user reviews, comments, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Design engagement initiatives such as challenges, rewards, polls, referral programs, AMAs, and feedback campaigns.
• Monitor brand sentiment across social media, forums, YouTube, and review platforms; identify and escalate reputation risks.
• Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to resolve user pain points and improve app ratings.
• Create reporting dashboards for sentiment and reputation tracking.
• Produce community updates, announcements, FAQs, release notes, and other engagement content.
• Gather qualitative user feedback, synthesize actionable insights, and partner with product teams to enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in community management, social media management, reputation management, or consumer app engagement.
• Strong understanding of mobile apps, internet culture, and online communities.
• Excellent written communication with attention to tone and detail.
• Experience handling public‑facing communication and crisis/reputation management.
• Analytical mindset capable of identifying trends and synthesizing user feedback.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, marketing, design, and support teams.
