Manager – Fraud Advanced Analytics

About the role

Join Bank of America's Global Business Services team in India as a Manager within the Fraud Advanced Analytics group. You will collaborate with data science, analytics, technology, product, and policy partners to develop and deploy advanced analytical solutions that reduce fraud losses and improve client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize algorithms to detect anomalies and fraudulent behavior at the portfolio level.
• Analyze emerging fraud threats and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with the Data Science Executive and cross‑functional partners to implement analytical solutions.
• Reduce false‑positive declines at the point‑of‑sale while minimizing total cost of fraud.
• Support risk management, loss mitigation, and cost‑optimization initiatives across multiple business lines.

Required profile

• Strong analytical perspective with sound business judgment.
• Experience in fraud analytics, risk management, or loss mitigation domains.
• Ability to collaborate with internal analytics, technology, product, and policy teams.
