About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Business Process Improvement to lead initiatives that boost operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support digital transformation across our global functions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, engineering stakeholders, and senior leadership to design and implement automation solutions that drive sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and optimization.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify automation, simplification, and performance enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process repositories, documentation, and process maps using industry‑standard methodologies.
- Manage project workstreams, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational challenges into actionable improvement objectives.
- Communicate process updates, risks, and recommendations to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to implement low‑code and automation solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategies.
- Support strategic initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability across functions.
- Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed and remote teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to knowledge‑sharing, process standardization, and continuous‑improvement best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business process improvement, operations strategy, project management, or process optimization.
- Strong experience managing cross‑functional projects and collaborating with global or remote teams.
- Familiarity with process design methodologies and BPMN standards.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes.
Required skills
- Visio or Signavio for process modeling.
- Tableau, Qlik or Alteryx for analytics and reporting.
