Maintenance Technician – Industrial Operations

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its high‑technology manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance resources to minimise MTTR and maximise MTBF and TRP.
• Prepare and control the maintenance budget, including labour, overheads and spare‑parts inventory.
• Lead QRQC sessions for safety incidents, near‑misses and maintenance issues.
• Deploy ERIM and TPM programmes, keep technical documentation and work instructions up to date.
• Ensure equipment FMEA are performed and maintained.
• Participate in industrialisation of new equipment, supporting VSDP & IPROM standards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects using PDCA, FTA, 5 WHYs and Kaizen cards.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technical environment.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to lead teams in QRQC and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Good organisational skills for budget and spare‑parts management.
