LMS Administrator – Learning Management System Support

About the role

The LMS Administrator will manage the Learning Management System for ExcelR Edtech, ensuring smooth delivery of online and offline courses. You will coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and external freelancers to keep the platform running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day LMS operations, including scheduling emails, reminders and monitoring live sessions.
• Create courses, batches, upload learning materials and grant appropriate access.
• Respond promptly to queries from customers and inside‑sales managers, providing solutions and alternatives.
• Act as liaison between trainers, admin staff and other stakeholders, following up on tasks and meeting turnaround times.
• Develop and execute course plans, manage stakeholder expectations, monitor risks and ensure module completion on schedule.
• Coordinate teaching slots with freelance faculty, oversee faculty presence, collect learner feedback and drive quality improvements.
• Plan and schedule online/offline sessions for internal and external faculty, forecast upcoming batch needs and optimise costs.
• Facilitate communication across multiple teams and handle last‑minute requirements positively.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing live or offline training sessions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and week‑off schedules.
