Legal Advisor – Contracts (Global Legal Operations)

About the role

Join Ramboll's Global Legal Operations (GLO) team as a Legal Advisor specializing in contracts. You will provide centralized legal services, reviewing consultancy contracts, advising internal clients, and supporting professional indemnity insurance and corporate secretarial matters across designated regions.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and legal documents, highlighting potential legal implications for project and local legal teams.
• Draft, review, and modify contractual instruments to support various business activities.
• Negotiate, review, and draft documentation for business transactions, and develop checklists to ensure timely information submission.
• Provide overflow support by reviewing and redlining contracts from various jurisdictions and contribute to knowledge management.
• Deliver legal information, interpretation, and training to staff, and communicate relevant legal requirements.
• Adhere to Ramboll's internal policies and governance, offering guidance to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Familiarity with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to communicate legal implications clearly to project and internal teams.
• Experience providing legal training and guidance to staff.
• Understanding of professional indemnity insurance and corporate secretarial support.
