Lead Associate - Category Marketing

About the role

Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate for Category Marketing (Beauty & Personal Care) to shape how beauty brands are presented on its platform. You will drive high‑impact launches, craft end‑to‑end demand generation strategies and connect with millions of shoppers across India.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global and Indian beauty brands to design and execute 360° co‑marketing campaigns, overseeing the process from concept to closure.
• Develop cohort‑specific strategies and customer journeys that move users from discovery to advocacy, boosting retention and lifetime value.
• Lead a dedicated Gen Z beauty strategy, leveraging trends, authenticity and digital‑first content to make Myntra the top destination for young shoppers.
• Enhance search and discovery experiences, advocating for intuitive, frictionless browsing that reflects how beauty customers shop.
• Collaborate with technical platform leads to innovate features that improve product visibility and conversion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category or brand marketing, preferably within the beauty or e‑commerce sector.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, able to drive cross‑functional projects.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of Indian beauty market trends and consumer behavior.
• Creative storytelling ability combined with rigorous execution.
