About the role

Deloitte is looking for a motivated L1 Voice Support Executive to join its Technology & Transformation practice in Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries and ensuring a positive service experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints and requests with accurate information.
Handle escalations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems, including Salesforce.
Follow company scripts, guidelines and meet performance metrics such as call quality, AHT and CSAT.

Required profile

1 to 3 years of experience in a call‑center or customer support role.
Strong English speaking skills; regional language preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts for international processes.
Patience, empathy and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.

Required skills

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
