About the role
Kitchen Support Experts ensure the smooth operation of hotel kitchen and dining areas by handling cleaning, basic food‑service preparation and equipment maintenance. Working across the kitchen, food‑and‑beverage outlets and employee dining rooms, they help deliver a spotless experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, linens and dining ware.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
- Transport dishware and supplies between kitchen, service areas and storage.
- Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any hazards or incidents.
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Greet and acknowledge guests according to brand standards.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and supervisors.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving items up to 25 lb.
Required profile
- No high‑school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience in a similar role is necessary.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications needed.
Required skills
- Operation of dishwashing machines.
- Use of hand‑wash stations and other cleaning equipment.
