Key Account Manager – Corporate Client Management (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead corporate client relationships within the Food & Beverage sector across Bangalore and Hyderabad. You will act as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for key corporate clients, coordinating with internal departments.
• Address, resolve, and follow up on client complaints promptly.
• Plan and manage work schedules for individuals and teams to meet client expectations.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and design customized solutions.
• Maintain logs to ensure compliance with health and food service regulations.
• Prioritize business activities while supervising client‑related priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel or broader hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in key account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and business priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality, aviation, or related sectors is preferred.
