Junior Officer – Warehouse Raw & Packing Materials

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Officer to support the Warehouse – Raw and Packing Materials operations. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and smooth handling of materials in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow cGMP, GxP and EH&S regulations and all relevant SOPs.
• Complete required trainings in L2LMS (SABA) and stay updated on SOPs.
• Receive, dispense and document raw and packing materials according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate bin locations and material transfers in SAP.
• Calibrate weighing balances and monitor storage conditions.
• Perform physical stock verification and update online documentation.
• Prevent damage to equipment and warehouse areas and report any deviations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory management.
• Calibration of weighing balances.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GxP and EH&S requirements.
• Familiarity with L2LMS (SABA) training platform.
