Junior Executive - Maintenance

About the role

KONE, a global leader in people‑flow solutions, is expanding its operations in India. The Junior Executive – Maintenance will be based in Calicut and will focus on delivering high‑quality service, ensuring equipment safety and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing proactive on‑site communication and ensuring satisfaction.
• Accurately report work performed in real time to support e‑Optimum and customer notifications.
• Maintain equipment safety, performance and site environment during service operations.
• Identify and communicate site risks, take immediate action on high‑risk situations and follow escalation procedures.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned service repairs while respecting schedules and quality standards.
• Handle proximity stock, request spares, and keep service tooling and van in good condition.
• Raise sales leads, submit timesheets and provide precise back‑reporting of completed work.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of maintenance experience with relevant education.
• Familiarity with lift technology and willingness to attend training; ability to coach others when required.
