Junior Executive – HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Executive to support our HR Operations team in Bangalore. The role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, and involves working with HR systems and data in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, transfers, exits, attendance and leave management.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers and personnel files.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave and employee data.
• Assist with HRMS tasks and keep employee information up‑to‑date in GreytHR.
• Coordinate with external vendors for background verification, benefits and other HR services.
• Respond to routine employee queries on policies, attendance, leave and documentation.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement events and culture‑building activities.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards and basic analysis of survey data.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Talent Acquisition team for interview coordination and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field (post‑graduate HR qualification is a plus).
• 0–1 year of HR experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and work with HR technology platforms.
