Junior Complaints Legal Counsel (Greece)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Junior Complaints Legal Counsel to support its rapid expansion and day‑to‑day operations. You will manage out‑of‑court disputes and consumer‑protection complaints, working closely with Greek authorities and external law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end resolution of out‑of‑court disputes and consumer‑protection complaints with Greek authorities.
• Review and prepare formal responses to claims and dispute‑related matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with external law firms in Greece to handle active litigation cases.
• Provide legal advice and resolve escalated dispute tickets related to branch activities.
• Assist in preparing legal documentation and refining internal workflows for efficient dispute handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law and current membership with a Greek Bar Association.
• Experience in a law firm or as an in‑house legal counsel, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
• Exposure to dispute resolution, litigation, or financial regulatory law.
• Fluency in English and Greek, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders.
