Java + DSA Trainer (On-site, Bhopal)

About the role

We’re looking for a Java + DSA Trainer who can turn complex coding concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences and prepare students for real‑world technical interviews. The role is based on‑site in Bhopal and is full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Java + DSA training sessions for groups of students, covering core concepts and practical coding exercises.
• Design and develop coding challenges, assignments, and assessments that reinforce learning objectives.
• Mentor students in problem‑solving techniques and interview preparation, providing personalized feedback.
• Conduct mock interviews and coding assessments to simulate real technical interview environments.
• Track student progress through regular evaluations and continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong command of Java programming and Data Structures & Algorithms, with ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Excellent coding and problem‑solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or competitive programming.
• Strong communication and teaching ability, fluent in both Hindi and English.
• Minimum 2 years and up to 6+ years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
• Ability to create a supportive learning environment and adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs.
