About the role
Innodust Techsolution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Trainer for its training centres in Koraput and Berhampur, Odisha. The role involves delivering classroom training on IT and computer‑related subjects and supporting hands‑on learning activities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training on IT and computer‑related subjects.
- Engage and manage students effectively during sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Support practical sessions and hands‑on learning activities.
- Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth training execution.
Required profile
- Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and internet applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage students and conduct classroom sessions effectively.
- Passion for teaching, learning and skill development.
