IT-supporter til hospitalet

About the role

You will provide second‑line on‑site IT support for computers, mobile devices, printers, IT systems and networks at Aarhus University Hospital in Skejby. The role is part of a dynamic Mobile Support team that handles a mix of planned and ad‑hoc tasks in a fast‑moving hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new workstations, video‑conference equipment and printers, and register them in the CMDB.
• Perform lifecycle replacement of PCs, monitors, printers and mobile devices.
• Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests for hardware, software, Wi‑Fi access points and related equipment.
• Participate in IT projects such as Windows 11 roll‑outs and department relocations.
• Collaborate with the central Service Desk and other Mobile Support groups using ServiceNow.

Required profile

• Completed IT‑support education or equivalent bachelor‑level technical degree.
• Solid experience in a support organisation, including software deployment to computers and mobile devices.
• Ability to work independently, stay structured and keep calm under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence (B) and preferably a personal car for occasional off‑site tasks.

• SCCM for software deployment.
• ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Active Directory (AD) management.
• Network fundamentals (wired, wireless, TCP/IP).
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Android and iOS device support.
