IT Service Desk Technician

About the role

As an IT Service Desk Technician you will be the first point of contact for colleagues worldwide, providing first‑line support through a service‑desk platform and over the phone. You will troubleshoot common technical issues, escalate complex cases, and continuously develop your IT expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support to Scott Bader employees globally.
• Administer and support Office 365, third‑party applications, Windows servers, network and cloud infrastructure.
• Log, track and report tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve 1st and 2nd line incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Follow defined processes to ensure high‑quality support and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory).
• Problem‑solving mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
