About the role
As an IT Helpdesk Engineer specializing in endpoint support, you will ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure by providing timely technical assistance to end‑users. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling a variety of hardware issues across desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users for endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex problems to senior teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in endpoint support.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users of varying technical levels.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
