IT Faculty – Full‑Time Teaching Position

About the role

Rukmini Devi Public School is seeking a qualified IT Faculty member to deliver engaging computer science and information technology lessons to school‑level students in Pitampura, Delhi. This full‑time position involves classroom teaching, practical lab sessions, and participation in school‑wide academic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective IT/Computer Science lessons and conduct practical lab sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and other teaching‑learning material.
• Assess and monitor students' academic progress and maintain academic records.
• Utilise computer laboratory resources efficiently.
• Participate in school events, examinations and other academic responsibilities.
• Support students in developing digital literacy, computational and problem‑solving skills.

Required profile

• Post‑Graduation in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Information Technology and computer applications.
• Sound knowledge of school‑level Computer Science/IT curriculum and assessment methods.
• Ability to engage students and employ technology‑enabled teaching methodologies.
