IT Consulting – Digital Transformation

About the role

As a member of Infosys’ consulting team, you will help clients navigate their digital transformation journeys by delivering end‑to‑end IT solutions. You will work across multiple project phases, from problem definition to design, deployment and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
• Research alternatives, conduct literature surveys and vendor evaluations, and build proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).
• Create requirement specifications, define future state processes and produce detailed functional designs.
• Configure solutions on target products, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes and propose alternative approaches.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organization‑wide initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in IT security and cloud.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Capability to assess current processes, pinpoint improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains is a plus.
