Ollosoft Technologies is expanding its community of Interview Engineers – seasoned software developers who conduct structured, bias‑free technical interviews for engineering teams worldwide. This remote position offers flexible hours and allows you to work alongside your main role while evaluating talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using a structured platform.
• Assess candidates on coding ability, technical knowledge, communication, and problem‑solving approach.
• Provide clear, objective written feedback for each interview.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of interview content and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a candidate‑friendly demeanor.
• Reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
• Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.
