Intelligent Automation Support Engineer

About the role

Bosch is seeking an Intelligent Automation Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of RPA and GenAI‑based bots as well as internal automation platforms such as Fastlane and DIA Brain. The role combines monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, and stakeholder coordination to keep enterprise automation solutions running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance, availability, and health of RPA & GenAI bots and automation platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, system exceptions, and production incidents in collaboration with developers.
• Provide operational support for Bosch internal platforms (Fastlane, DIA Brain, etc.).
• Act as first point of contact for RPA incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Perform bot deployment, scheduling, debugging, testing, and production support activities.
• Support integration of RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Communicate incident status, risks, and resolution timelines to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and support procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in RPA development and/or production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and handle escalations professionally.
